Extended Seminar Speaker Visits
 

Building links with laboratories external to Kansas State University is one of the goals of extending seminar speaker's visits.  Distinguished speakers are invited to present their work and take part in additional interactions with faculty and students during a lengthier stay. Speakers are paid a significant honorarium. KSU Ecogen participants benefit by gaining insights from the speaker during multiple interactions. In addition, invited speaker get in depth knowledge of the KSU Ecological Genomics Institute programs and ongoing research projects.
